IN A FEW WORDS :
In February 2022, after two years of closure due to the health crisis, the students of the « Cluny School for Differently Abled » returned to school and were able to see the new building, which opened in 2022 and is expected to expand in the coming months.
It is indeed envisaged to add to the school, an extension « protected workshop » for children over 18 years old, with a view to vocational training, where specific areas will be dedicated to them.
OBJECTIVES :
The building permit introduced for the construction of the school and issued in 2018 remains valid.
Such an extension will be realized under the control of competent and expert people in the field. They will design an adapted project taking into account the technical and architectural constraints while respecting the budget.
The materials that will be used and their implementation will correspond to what the building below can support.
A detailed costed estimate has been requested and will include:
- the structural work :
Layout, earthwork, evacuation
BA footing, 20 mm agglomerates, slab, polyane
- the elevation :
the elevation of the walls;
interior and exterior coatings;
the plumbing part;
the electricity part;
The carpentry-masonry part (windows, doors, etc.);
the installation of floor coverings (tiles and waxed concrete).
This allows :
on the one hand, minors and children over 18 years old to remain in a familiar environment;
on the other hand, to allow their families to continue their activities.
